Refund policy
At J & K Printhouse, each product is uniquely crafted and produced on-demand once an order is placed. As a result, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple products are affected by the same design issue, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Sizing and Color Issues
Please note that J & K Printhouse will not be held responsible for wrong size or color orders. Sizing charts are clearly displayed with every product description. Ensure you check these details before placing an order.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Should you choose to reprint, you shall also be responsible for reshipping costs.
DTG Products
For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print are not considered defects.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an address that is insufficient for the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
Sealed Goods
J & K Printhouse does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders with face masks or other sealed goods will be disposed of and will not be reshipped.
EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
J & K Printhouse reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where there is a damaged product or a manufacturing error. If your claim is approved, you will have the option to receive either a free reprint of the product or a full refund or your purchase price less shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the claim is approved. Please note that J & K Printhouse does not offer refunds for sealed goods nor for wrong size, color, or change of mind as all products are made to order.
For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments, you can opt for a partial refund minus the shipping costs, or request a reprint at an additional cost.
