Shipping Options

  • Economy: FREE in the USA, domestic delivery 4-8 business days, not available for international delivery.
  • Standard Delivery: From USD 4.75, domestic delivery 2-5 business days, international delivery 10-30 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Calculated individually at checkout, domestic delivery 2-3 business days (depending on availability), international delivery 3-5 business days (depending on availability).
  • Express: Starting at USD 7.99 (+ 3.00 for each additional item), domestic delivery 4-5 business days (including production), not available for international delivery.

Free Economy Shipping

J & K Printhouse offers FREE ECONOMY shipping within the USA. However, not all products qualify for this free economy shipping due to their size, weight, or other restrictions. For items that do not qualify, we have included a statement below the product description and above the sizing charts.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
  • J & K Printhouse does not provide address validation services. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Delivery to a PO Box

  • Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States.

  • For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.

  • PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery for both orders imported from sales channels and manual orders.

  • The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:

    First name: John (matching the name on the box)
    Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
    Address 1: PO Box 1776
    Zip code: 28034
    City: Dallas
    Country: United States

Note: Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. If the address guidelines aren’t followed or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation.

Shipping to or within Germany

For home delivery, the following information must be provided:

  • Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)
  • Street address and house number
  • Apartment number (if applicable)
  • Floor number (optional)
  • Zip code
  • Country

Note: PO box addresses can’t be used for orders to or within Germany.

Requirements for Shipments to a Parcel Locker or Packstation

Deliveries to a parcel locker are available only for orders shipped to or within Germany. The recipient must:

  • Activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account for Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop.

  • Enter the postal number in either the “First name” or “Last name” line of the address. Failure to comply will result in the shipment being returned.

Shipping to Brazil

It is mandatory to include the recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number on the shipping label.

Shipping to Chile

It is mandatory to include the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number on the shipping label.
